As you will be aware clients who wish to extend an established home can be sceptical about blending an older home with new materials. That's where we come in as RCR are able to source materials others deem unavailable.

Our experience and general knowledge gained by 30 years of striving to source the right brick or the right colour roof tile for example, have lead us on a journey of discovery finding suppliers, secret stashes and even manufacturers who will produce an older material if asked. If a client prefers to utilize their own designer we are happy to accept their decision, but we do like to have some practical input at the design stage. 

This enables us to incorporate simple design criteria which will increase the value of their home both monetary and liveability in quantifiable amounts. For example directing rooms towards any potential view, directing relaxing spaces away from the harsh western sun, maximizing air-flow and utilizing all modern types of cost saving insulation methods. Or clients can utilize our designer who collaborates with John during the whole process for a seamless, no stress, bespoke extension completed professionally on time and within the required budget.
